FAMILY FOCUSED
For parents who don’t choose to bring their littlest kids into the worship service, we offer Sunday School classes during for children birth - 4 years old. (Click here to find out more.)
Q: What about my elementary-age kids?
A: We love welcoming children of all ages into our services. We also know kids make noises, and that doesn’t bother us one bit!
When you arrive, stop by our welcome table where you’ll find an activity for your school-ages kids to enjoy during our service, including coloring supplies and a small snack. Our Sunday gatherings are thoughtfully designed to last 60-70 minutes, making it more manageable for parents of little ones. We are committed to creating a welcoming space for families, allowing them to engage in worship while nurturing their children’s spiritual growth alongside them.
What can i expect?
We know it can be intimidating walking into a new church, and we are here to make you feel as welcome as possible!
We are casual in our attire, and invite you to wear whatever makes you most comfortable.
When you arrive, grab a hot drink and a pastry from our smiling team at the coffee table.
As you enter the gym, you can sit in any seat you’d like. You’ll find songbooks and Bibles waiting on the chairs for you to use during the service.
Before you leave, we invite you to stop by our guest connections table and introduce yourself. We’d love to meet you and help you navigate your next steps at RCC!
Worship, prayer, & Scripture
We begin and end our service by singing and worshiping together as we exalt our God, and prayer is an important element of every worship service. You will hear the good news of Jesus proclaimed through the reading and preaching of God’s Word!
